The idea for Recovery Oasis sparked during a Wim Hof event, where John Cunningham experienced the game-changing effects of cold therapy and deep breathing. Inspired, he decided to call on his friends Paul Romero and Mike Wilson to create a wellness haven right in St. Petersburg. As locals with a passion for health and a belief in the healing powers of sauna and cold plunging, they wanted to share this experience with others.
